Learned counsel for the petitioners are permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in connection with Ekchari P.S. Case No. 32 of 2018, registered for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 327, 120-B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in this case three persons are stated to be injureds whose injuries are simple in nature and against the petitioners there is no specific allegation to assault the prosecution party and the petitioners have clean antecedent and have been implicated due to village politics.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60949 of 2021(2) dt.07-06-2022 2/2 Learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Having considered the above submissions and mainly the facts that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners and they have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Bhagalpur in connection with Ekchari P.S. Case No. 32 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
