2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 195 of 2024 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 379, 307, 354, 324 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code lodged on 22.03.2024 by the informant, Munni Devi.

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that when she came to close the door (gate), both these petitioners assaulted her. Allegation against the petitioner no.1 is of giving bamboo blow on the head, while the petitioner no.2 inserted iron rod in the mouth causing injuries beside the tooth were broken.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that both the parties are co-villager and due to some hot talks scuffle happened between them.

5. Learned APP opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Though, the learned Sessions Judge order says that one of the two injuries has been found grievous in nature, in that background it will be appropriate that the petitioner seek bail.

7. Accordingly the Anticipatory Bail application stands rejected.
