2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 127 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 14 liters of illicit country made liquor have been recovered from the house of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 28.03.2025. Nothing incriminating has been recovered from the petitioner.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned concerned Court below, Danapur, Patna in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 127 of 2025 subject to condition that:- (i). The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Naubatpur Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
