JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 376 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner, referring to the First Information Report, has submitted that the criminal case has been instituted for ulterior purpose and the allegation made in the First Information Report is unbelievable. He has submitted that so far as this petitioner is concerned, there is no allegation constituting offence under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the submission as above, let the petitioner, abovenamed, in the event of his arrest or

No.46881 of 2014 (4) dt.07-05-2015 2/2 surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Dinara P.S. Case No. 72 of 2014, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
