1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The present Cr. Misc. Application has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to the opposite party no.2 by the learned District & Sessions Judge, Sheikhpura vide order dated 16.10.2020 passed in B.P. No.418 of 2020.
3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall also co-operate before the learned Trial Court for early disposal of the trial in connection with Mehus P.S. Case No.30 of 2020.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.
