Petitioner has approached this Court for the following reliefs:- (i) For directing the respondent authorities to grant permission for taking admission in B.Sc (Nursing) at petitioner Training School and starting training courses of B.Sc. (Nursing) for the Academic Year 2024-25 as permission for establishment of B.Sc. (Nursing), course at petitioner's Training School has been already granted vide Memo No.187 (6) dated 19.01.2024 issued by respondent no.3.

(ii) For directing the respondent authorities to grant permission for taking admission in B.Sc. Nursing Course and conducting B.Sc. Nursing Course in this Academic Year without causing unnecessary delay.

(iii) For any other relief for which petitioner may be found

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner institute has already filed a representation on 11.03.2024, before the respondent no.3 for permission of taking admission of students in B.Sc Nursing in petitioner institute but till date no order has been passed.

Accordingly, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.3 to dispose of the representation of the petitioner institute dated 11.03.2024, within a period of two weeks from today, by way of passing a speaking order. 5.

It is made clear that respondent no.3 shall be held liable for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) shikha/- U
