The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the petitioner duped Rs.
2,50,000/- cash and other articles for performing marriage of the informant's daughter with his son. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner fixed marriage with other son who is handicapped. It is further submitted that no engagement was done as the marriage of the informant's daughter has been performed with someone else. A statement has been made in paragraph no. 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Considering the nature of accusation, let

Case No. 141 of 2014, arising out of Complaint Case No. 321(C) of 2014, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M. Buxar, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
