ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 20-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 21.8.2015, passed in Cr.Misc. No.22522 of 2015. It is submitted that due to certain unforeseen circumstances, the present petitioners could not surrender in the court below in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No.19 of 2015 within the time fixed in the aforementioned order dated 21.8.2015.

Considering the reasons assigned in the present application, let the petitioners surrender within a period of three weeks from today.

However, in case the petitioners do not comply with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11069 of 2016 (3) dt.20-05-2016 2/2 the present order, the order passed earlier on 21.8.2015 in Cr.Misc. No.22522 of 2015 shall stand revoked automatically. The modification application is allowed to the above extent.
