2. The petitioner, who is in custody since 23.01.2018, has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 40 of 2018 for the offence alleged under Sections 417, 418, 419, 465, 466, 467, 468, 420, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code having earlier been rejected by this Court by order dated 30.04.2018 in Cr. Misc. No. 20873 of 2018.

3. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court sees no reason to take a different view in the matter. The bail petition stands dismissed with liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.
