Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Azamnagar P.S.Case No.83 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 326, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is that they set the deceased on fire causing her death Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that as a matter of fact she has set herself on fire due to that she succumbed to the injuries and the petitioners have falsely

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48489 of 2019(4) dt.30-09-2019 2/2 /2019 4:52:53 PM been implicated in this and moreover, the petitioner nos.1 to 3 and 6 are female members.

Heard learned A.P.P. , who has submitted that one of the witnesses has stated that there was some scuffle between the parties and thereafter she has set herself on fire and the other witnesses have stated that they do not know as to how she got the aforesaid injury.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, surrender before the learned court below and on surrender he will be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM VIth, Katihar in connection with Azamnagar P.S.Case No.83 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
