ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 17-07-2015 The Petitioner seeks revision of the judgment of acquittal dated 30.10.2004 passed by the Additional District Judge, F.T.C.-I, Kaimur at Bhabhua in S.Tr. No. 6 of 1994/109 of 2002 by which he has acquitted Opposite Parties No. 2 to 7.

Having gone through the judgment of acquittal, I do not find any reason for interference in the same. Hence, the application stands dismissed.
