ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 31-08-2015 The Petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 11.12.2004, by which the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Areraj has declared the possession of the Opposite Party No.3 in a proceeding under Section 145 Cr.P.C. in Case No.273M of 2004. Since such proceedings are only for emergent purposes, I find no justification for interference in the same at such late stage. The application is disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner to raise all these points before the appropriate forum if at all he is still aggrieved.
