ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 01-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 324, 307, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Considering that the Petitioner has Criminal Antecedents, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner.
