ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 16-04-2015 The Petitioner who is the husband seeks quashing of the order of cognizance dated 07.08.2014 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Saran in Daudpur P.S. Case No. 28 of 2013.

It has been submitted that no offence under Section 307 IPC is made out.

Since in a criminal trial the Court is required to see as to what offence is made out specifically only at the stage of charge, I would not be inclined to interfere in the matter at this stage.
