Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Goh PS Case No.01 of 2013 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323 and 387 of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act.

Allegation in brief is that 8-10 unknown extremist assaulted the informant and others with lathi as levy was not paid to the extremist group. The informant was an employee of the construction company.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that FIR is against unknown, only material against the petitioner is disclosure of his name as one of the participants in the alleged occurrence by one Kali Prajapati except that there is no other

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Lakshuman Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Daudnagar, Aurangabad in connection with Goh PS Case No.01 of 2013.
