1. Though the present petition has been filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No.235 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 307, 447, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, however, at the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to renew his prayer for grant of regular bail after lapse of six months from today. Liberty so sought is granted.
