The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Ramgarh (Nuaon) P.S. Case No. 115/2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147/148/149/341/ 323/ 325 / 307/354/452/504/506 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the entire dispute relates to election in which the petitioners had not cast their votes in favour of the B.J.P. candidate and, therefore, they were attacked. In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances and also the fact that they are not having any criminal antecedent, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st, Kaimur at Bhabua, in connection with Ramgarh (Nuaon) P.S.
