Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 420, 504/34 of the I.P.C and Section 3(1)(x) of the SC & ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.
It is alleged that informant paid Rs.
1,20,000/- for providing employment to the informant's son abroad but subsequently forged Visa was stamped on the passbook of the son of the informant but money was not returned. It is further alleged that when the informant demanded his money then the informant was abused by calling caste name.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that there is no proof with regard to the payment.

Moreover for the occurrence of 15.06.2009 the First Information Report has been registered on 31.03.2014.
A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj SC/ST P.S. Case No. 13 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Shageer/- U T
