JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 22-06-2021 Heard the parties in virtual Court proceeding. The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/341/323/324/ 307/ 302 /379/504 of the Indian Penal Code in connection with Bousi P.S. Case No. 85 of 2020.

The petitioner allegedly caused injury with Dabiya, a sharp cutting weapon, at the head of the deceased. Others had also caused injury on different parts of the deceased including at the head. The doctor has found consistent injury in post mortem report. The petitioner is in custody since 13.07.2020. Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail for the present. Hence, the prayer for bail is refused. The trial-court
