2. Petitioner is husband of the informant and seeks regular bail in connection with Sanjhauli P.S. Case No. 12 of 2024 in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 494, 495, 34 and 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
3. As per prosecution case, allegation against the petitioner is of torturing and harassing the informant due to nonfulfillment of demand of dowry.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case because petitioner is husband of the deceased. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. Charge sheet has already been submitted. Petitioner is in custody since 20.05.2025.
5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the period of custody, prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, District-Rohtas in connection with Sanjhauli P.S. Case No. 12 of 2024.
