BAJANTHRI) 07-08-2024 The present MJC / contempt petition is filed by the Managing Director, Bihar Industrial Area Development Authority (in short 'BIADA') on the score that respondents M/s Sharma Lime Industries represented by Proprietor Birendra Sharma has failed to comply the undertaking which has been extracted by the Co-ordinate Bench in paragraph No. 8 of the order dated 21.07.2022.

2. Admittedly, subject matter of land which was allotted to respondents is possessed by the BIADA, therefore,
