Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Lakhisarai P. S. case no. 487/2014 registered under section 307 and other allied sections of the IPC, 27 of the Arms Act and section 3 (I)

(2) (e) of the Protection of Damages to Public Property Act. Taking into consideration that no specific overt-act has been attributed against these petitioners and moreover, some co-accused persons have already been admitted to anticipatory bail, let the above stated petitioners, in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief
