2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Khodawandpur P.S. Case No. 260 of 2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a)/32(i)(ii)/36 and 41(I) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge Excise 1st, Begusarai.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54674 of 2023(2) dt.25-08-2023 2/2 and seeks regular bail, the learned Court below would pass the order, preferably, on the same day, without being prejudiced by this order.
