The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Section 420 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner applied for appointment and submitted certificates of B.Sc. (Agriculture) issued by Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith, Varanasi. On verification, it was found that the certificates submitted by the petitioner are forged. It is submitted that the petitioner was not aware that the institution did not get any recognition. The petitioner has not committed any forgery. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with
