2. Petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Cyber P.S.Case No.29 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 414, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66, 66(B), 66(c), 66(D) of the IT Act.

3. It is informed on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has returned back the entire amount, which was allegedly debited from the account of the informant and he seeks to produce the acknowledgment at the time of furnishing of the bail bond.

4. Having considering the above submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to be released

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50425 of 2025(2) dt.11-08-2025 2/2 on pre-arrest bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned district court within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. Ist class, Nawada/concerned court, in connection with Cyber P.S.Case No.29 of 2023, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of BNSS of 2023.

5. However, the petitioner is directed to produce the acknowledgment at the time of furnishing the bail bond before the learned district court.

6. The learned district court is directed to verify the criminal antecedent of the petitioner and if it is found that the petitioner is involved in some other cases as what has been stated in paragraph No.3 of the bail application, this order will automatically lose its force.
