JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 16-05-2016 Petitioner is one of the fortunate employee and has superannuated at a time when fortunes have smiled on the organization as well as the employees. Because of the availability of the funds, payment to the extent of 70% under various heads has already been made to the petitioner in terms of the affidavit of the Executive Officer of the Zila Parishad. They also indicate that the balance 30% of the dues will be paid in the financial year 2016-17 once the funds are made available by the State Government on due allocation.
Keeping in mind the financial status of the Zila Parishad, petitioner has got substantial payment against his claims. It is hoped
Patna High Court CWJC No.20539 of 2014 dt.16-05-2016 2/2 and expected that the next financial year will bring a closure to the balance amount.
Writ application stands disposed of.
