Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case instituted under Sections 341/323/307/324/379/504/34 of Indian Penal Code. Though the petitioners are ladies, there is case and counter case against each other. There is no specific allegation of assault against the petitioners.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, in case of arrest/surrender, let the petitioners named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhedpura in connection with Madhedpura P.S. Case No. 322 of 2015.
