JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 24-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as leaned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sikarhata P.S. Case No. 07 of 2015 registered under Section7 of Essential Commodities Act. According to prosecution case itself, the alleged recovery was made from the house of Bhikari Singh and brother of the said Bhikari Singh named the petitioner and one Gajendra Singh.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of the order in the court below,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11425 of 2015 (2) dt.24-03-2015 be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sikarhata P.S.
