The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case in short is that while the informant along with his wife was cutting wheat crops in his field, all of a sudden, all the accused persons variously armed came there and started putting pressure upon him to withdraw Hajipur P.S. Case No. 441 of 2002. On refusal, the accused persons firing was made and assault was also made.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 27-05-2019. The petitioner is an order giver. There is no allegation of assault

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 366 of 2019.
