Petitioner is in custody in connection with Pakaribarawan P.S. Case No. 106 of 2018 for the offence under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody in connection with seizure of 60 liters of Toddy. The said Toddy was recovered from the Gulani Church School and not from the possession of the petitioner. He submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 13.05.2018.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for more than one and half months, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37329 of 2018(2) dt.28-06-2018 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.D.J.-II cum Special Court, Nawada, in connection with Pakaribarawan P.S. Case No. 106 of 2018.
