JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under sections 341, 323, 354, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner submits that the instant case has been filed by the informant after delay of 45 days. He submits that his father has earlier filed a case against the prosecution side. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, Bijendra Mandal @ Bijendar Mandal, is directed to be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of his arrest/surrender, in connection with Palasi P.S. Case No.173 of 2015 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 3rd, Araria.
