====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-09-2021 Heard Mr. Ashok Kumar, the learned Advocate for the petitioner and Mr. Ram Sevak Choudhary, the learned APP for the State.
The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Bhagwanpur P. S. Case No.246 of 2020, instituted for the offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
In view of the recovery of 45 litres of liquor from the fodder house situated in the orchard belonging to the petitioner, I am not inclined to accord the privilege of anticipatory bail to him.
The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
