Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case instituted under Sections 363, 366A, 372, 34 of Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim girl recorded her 164 Cr.P.C. statement under the pressure of her father. Furthermore, the petitioner himself informed the girl's family that she is with him.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, in case of arrest/surrender, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri A.K. Mall, J.M. 1st Class, Araria, in connection with Sikty P.S. Case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11529 of 2016 (2) dt.29-03-2016 2/2 No. 97 of 2015, with the condition that he would not physically absent for two consequential dates at a stretch in the case till charges are framed.
