The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Piro P.S. Case No. 146 of 2014 for the offences punishable under Sections 395 and 412 of Indian Penal Code. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking note of the allegations existing as well as the fact that the name of this petitioner has transpired during the course of investigation, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and his application is dismissed.
