The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A, 323, 504, 506 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of kidnapping the minor daughter of the informant.

From 164 Cr. P.C. statement of the victim, it appears that the petitioners assisted Md. Mubarak in commission of offence.

Let the learned court below to consider prayer for regular bail if the petitioners surrender within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order in connection with Mohiuddin Nagar P.S. Case No. 40 of 2014 pending in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6940 of 2015 (2) dt.20-02-2015 2 / 2 the court of the learned C.J.M. Samastipur.

With this observation, the application is disposed off.
