The present writ petition has been filed for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the respondents to grant the benefit of 1st A.C.P. and 2nd A.C.P. to the petitioners as well arrears of salary arising due to Revision of pay scale with effect from 01.01.2006 from 01.04.2007 till 01.04.2010 or due date with statutory interest as well as penal interest to the petitioners in view of order contained in Memo NO. 2908 dated 14.12.2005 well as as letter dated 08.09.2015.

3. Learned counsel for the Patna Municipal Corporation raised preliminary objection and submits that the present writ petition is absolutely defective, as no details of the petitioners have been mentioned therein. He further submits that, in view of the letter issued by the State Government, the

5/5 employees of the Patna Municipal Corporation are not entitled to the same relief.

4. Upon perusal, it transpires to this Court that the writ petition has been filed on behalf of 64 petitioners but the details of none of the petitioners have been mentioned therein.

As such, the present writ petition stands disposed off, with liberty to the petitioners to file individual representations, enclosing all relevant details, such as date of joining, entitlement to promotion, date of retirement, etc., to the Municipal Commissioner Patna, Municipal Corporation, Mourya Lok Budh Marg, Patna (Respondent No. 2) within 30 days from today along with a copy of this order and upon receiving the same the respondent No. 2 shall consider each case and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within 90 days thereafter.

6. It is made clear that the petitioners shall be at liberty to place all relevant laws and judicial precedents before the Patna Municipal Corporation in support of their claim. (Dr. Anshuman, J.) Aman Kumar/- U
