JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-04-2016 The petitioner being husband of the complainant is apprehending his arrest in a complaint case wherein processes were directed to be issued after cognizance being taken for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 379, 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

The basic accusation is of torture.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that complainant is dead.

Considering the fact that in the complaint petition the complainant has claimed that she got married with the petitioner in 2006 when the present complaint was filed in 2008 but the present anticipatory bail application has been preferred in 2016, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
