The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Case diary has also been received.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the allegation of assault is specific against Md. Jamshed and not against these petitioners.
Learned counsel for the State after referring to the case diary submitted that so far as these petitioners are concerned, there is no specific allegation against them and that there is no cogent material to connect these petitioners.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12329 of 2015 (4) dt.31-08-2015 Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest / surrender within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Baruraj P.S. Case No. 38 of 2012 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
