For the Petitioner/s :

Mr.Anuj Kumar For the Opposite Party/s :

Mr.Chandra Sen Prasad Singh ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-06-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Ghosi P.S. Case No. 490 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 308, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioners was rejected vide order dated 28.01.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22046 of 2021. Further he submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the instant case due to dirty village politics and have no criminal antecedent.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50434 of 2022(11) dt.21-06-2023 2/2 Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the prayer of the petitioners by contending that earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioners was rejected on merit by this Court and now, there is no fresh ground for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners and hence the same may be rejected.

Considering the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties and also the fact that no fresh ground has been urged on behalf of the petitioners this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Their prayer for bail is accordingly rejected.
