The present petition has been preferred for the:- issuance of writ specially in nature of Mandamus for direction to the Respondent No.-3 for payment of compensation against the acquisition of land bearing Tauzi No.-1370, Khata No.-149, Khesra No.-429 an area of 18 decimal under Supi Thana No.-618, which still unpaid.

3. A counter affidavit has come on behalf of the respondent nos. 3 and 4 and Mrs. Nutan Sahay, learned A.C. to A.A.G.-12 took this Court to paragraph-6 which read as follows:-

Patna High Court CWJC No.11988 of 2023(3) dt.07-05-2024 2/3 "6. That the petitioner was informed vide Letter No. 140 dated 16.09.2021 in Land Acquisition Case no. 13/2020 that under sec 3G of the N.H Act, 1956 the award has been prepared and the petitioner was directed to submit the required documents to establish entitlement over the said land. However, the documents submitted by the petitioner are inadequate. A one page unstamped and unregistered document has been submitted which has illegible scribbling and a hindi typed copy has also been submitted with this document. However, it is to be submitted that the said document is ambiguous and it does not disclose the transfer of concerned land in unequivocal terms to the family of the petitioner."

4. This Court has also gone through the last information cum letter dated 07.08.2023 issued by the office of the Collector, Jehanabad requesting the petitioner to come with all the documents failing which amount shall be deposited with the Principal Civil Court.

5. The contention of the State Counsel is that till date the petitioner failed to provide the documents to the satisfaction of the respondents.

6. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be approaching the Collector, Jehanabad with all the

7. Granting said liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
