2. The present Miscellaneous Jurisdiction Case No. 2376 of 2024 has been filed for restoration of Miscellaneous Jurisdiction Case No. 3383 of 2023 to its original file which was dismissed due to non-compliance of the order dated 26.04.2024.

3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits he has to file certified copy which has been filed but only with delay of

Patna High Court MJC No.2376 of 2024(3) dt.20-09-2024 2/2 one day and due to this reason, the MJC application was dismissed.

In this view of the matter and the grounds mentioned in the present MJC application, it transpires to this Court that since, compliance of the order dated 26.04.2024 has been made with delay of one day, therefore, let the present Miscellaneous Jurisdiction Case No. 2376 of 2024 is hereby allowed and Miscellaneous Jurisdiction Case No. 3383 of 2023 be restored to its original file.
