13-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AC to GA-3 as well as Sri Ravindra Kumar Priyadarshi, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Gaya Municipal Corporation. The present petition has been filed with a prayer to initiate contempt proceeding against Opp.Parties on an allegation of wilful disobedience to an order dated 10.07.2013 passed in C.W.J.C.No.4689 of 2008, whereby the writ petition was allowed and his dismissal order was set aside with a direction to pay all consequential benefits.
Patna High Court MJC No.4042 of 2014 (3) dt.13-05-2015 2/2 In this case, a show cause has been filed on behalf of Opp.Party no.6, in which it has been indicated regarding payment of certain dues of the petitioner. It has also been indicated that an amount of Rs.11, 85, 031.21 has already been paid to the petitioner.
On examining the show cause, the Court is of the opinion that the order of the writ court has already been complied with. If still the petitioner feels that any grievance still exists, he would be at liberty to avail appropriate remedy. With above observation, the petition stands disposed of.
