JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-02-2015 It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that during the pendency of this application, the petitioner no.1 has been arrested.

In that view of the matter the anticipatory bail application of petitioner no.1 is dismissed as infractions. Heard learned counsel for petitioner no.2 and the State. The petitioner no.2 apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 341, 323, 324, 307 and 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibitions Act.

The accusation is of torture for non fulfillment of demand

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7251 of 2015 (2) dt.23-02-2015 2/2 of dowry.

It is submitted by learned counsel for petitioner no.2 that the husband and other assaulted the informant. The injury has been found simple in nature.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner no.2 be released on anticipatory bail , in the event of arrear or surrender before the learned court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Araria in Forbesganj (Simraha) P.S.Case No. 619 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down u/s 438(2) Cr.P.C.
