2. Having regard to the nature of order passed by this Court on 13.05.2013 in C.W.J.C. No. 7514 of 2013, this Court would not find that the opposite parties have committed any contempt in carrying out the directions given therein in any manner.
3. When such an observation has been made, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application in order to enable the petitioner to assail the order passed by the Collector of the District.
4. This application is, accordingly, disposed of with the aforementioned liberty.
