The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 323, 354, 448 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that the accused persons abused the informant when protested all accused assaulted her and petitioner nos.1 and 2 dragged the informant on protest being made they fired but no injury was caused.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the injury reflects only pain on thigh, hand and scapular region of the informant. There is counter version of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13308 of 2015 (2) dt.01-04-2015 2/2 occurrence also. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No.368 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
