2. Though the order of this Court has been complied but the learned counsel for the petitioner has pressed the contempt application saying that the then District Magistrate, Kishanganj, namely Srikant Shashtri, delayed the registration even after the orders of this Court and had committed contempt

Patna High Court MJC No.2084 of 2023(16) dt.25-04-2025 2/2 but on submission of the learned AAG-4, this application is disposed of as he submits that the District Magistrate will mend his ways and will be vigilant in future and will not delay the compliance of the orders of the High Court.
