The petitioners, six in number, apprehend their arrest in a case under Sections 420, 468, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are alleged to have submitted forged certificates for appointment of teachers. It is submitted that the petitioners were neither appointed nor received any salary from the government. Similarly situated co-accused Ashok Kumar & others and Rupesh Kumar & others have been enlarged on anticipatory bail vide orders passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24198/2015

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16956 of 2016 (2) dt.13-05-2016 2/2 and Cr. Misc. No. 44018/2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in Shankarpur P.S. Case No. 6/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
