Petitioners, already in custody, seek bail in connection with Aurangabad (Town) PS Case No.100 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 337, 323, 435, 436, 427, 307, 332, 333, 353, 153(A), 295(A), 120(B) and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there was a communal riot on the occasion of Ramnavami and several persons of both the communities were falsely implicated as

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioners above named are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad (Town) PS Case No.100 of 2018.
