JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-04-2015 It is submitted that petitioner no.1 has been arrested, hence his application has become infructuous. Accordingly, the application with regard to petitioner no.1 is disposed of.

Rest of the petitioners being the brother sister and mother of the husband of the victim are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after nine years of the marriage and disposing the dead body.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46740 of 2014 (2) dt.01-04-2015 2/2 the chargesheet has been submitted under Section 306 and 201/34 of the IPC and the investigation against the petitioners is still pending.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner nos. 2 to 4 be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Gaya in connection with Konch P.S. Case No. 93 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
