After interacting with them, it appears that they are now ready to live with each other and a harmonious atmosphere has been created between them.
Considering the fact that the dispute has resolved, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Pear P.S. Case No. 113/2014,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10764 of 2015 (13) dt.27-04-2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
It is made clear that if at all there are any untoward incidence so as to prejudice the opposite party No. 2, in any manner, it shall be open to her to move this Court for modification / cancellation of the order.
